Whey UP Protein Energy Drink
I heard about the Whey UP Protein Energy Drink invented by Erik Rothchild earlier this week and can not wait to get my hands on one. Don't get me wrong, I love energy drinks, and as you can tell, drink them quite frequently. But I also enjoy going to the gym and keeping in shape and I regularly include a protein drink as a meal replacement during the day. I have also mentioned in several Energy Drink Reviews that I enjoy a light energy drink before a workout. This new Whey UP Protein Energy Drink would save me the hassle of drinking an energy drink and a protein drink on days that I work out. Instead of having both I can have just the Whey UP Protein Energy Drink.

So what's all in this Whey Up Protein Energy Drink?
Well first of, this 16 ounce non carbonated beverage contains 22 grams of (Whey) protein and has only 90 calories. The energy ingredients include caffeine, taurine and a ton of B-Vitamins (B6 & B12). To top it off there is only one gram of carbs in the entire can and there is absolutely no sugar. The only thing left to figure out is, what does the Whey Up Protein Energy Drink taste like? If you are not familiar with protein shakes, then you probably don't know what I am talking about. A lot of these protein drinks have bland flavors that require a lot of getting used to before you "acquire" a taste for them. Don't get me wrong, I am all on board with this new energy protein drink. I am just curious as to how it is going to taste. As soon as I can get my hands on one I will write up a review on it. Looks like the only place you can buy one is the Hi-Health World of Nutrition stores in Arizona. I am along way from Arizona, so I hope they ramp up their distribution efforts so I can get my hands on one quick. So stay tuned for the review!
