BooKoo Citrus Energy Shot Review
Alright I have reviewed the Original BooKoo Energy Drink and the BooKoo Wildberry Shot before and I was quite pleased with both. The BooKoo citrus shot is also 5.75 ounces and costs about $1.30 per can. You can order them in bulk at the BooKoo site. Well lets see how this wildberry energy shot does in the taste and kick categories!
BooKoo Citrus Energy Shot Review: Taste
I liked the Wildberry shot quite a bit and I would have to say that the citrus flavor is almost as good. Obviously it has a totally different taste, as in this one has a distinct and strong orange taste to it, almost like tang! This is not a bad thing as it is only 5.75 ounces meaning that they have to compress the normal 16 or 24 ounces of flavor into a tiny little, easy to chug 5.75 ounce can. With the taste being quite pleasant it is almost impossible not to slam. Basically the Citrus flavor is another good energy shot from BooKoo! All this flavor crammed into a small package with no medicinal aftertaste deserves a healthy 8.2 taste rating. I like the BooKoo Wildberry Shot a little bit better. But hey, too each his own.
BooKoo Citrus Shot Review: Kick
Basically the same as the Wildberry shot. I don't know how much caffeine they pack into this little bugger, but their claim of two times the power on the can is pretty accurate. If anyone knows the amount of caffeine feel free to chime in! If you are looking for a quick pick me up with out having to chug a bunch of liquid, then the BooKoo energy shots were definately made for you. Very Pleased with the kick so I will give it the a 8.8 kick rating!
BooKoo Citrus Shot Review: Final Judgment
Quick pick me up, great taste, (although I like the Wildberry version slightly better) small $1.25 price tag and all this packaged into 5.75 ounces. Not really too much else to say. Final judgment 8.6

since you've done so much research, have you run across the best way to buy energy drinks? ie, where?
I have only found Sobe No Fear sugar free in the 4pack and even those are in the 6-7dollar range.
Let me know if you have leads to cheap[er] places.
Thanks...
DJ - look for less commercial energy drinks. You probably won't find a very good deal on the huge brand name ones like red bull and rock star. Try one of the drinks in my top 10 list. Look at companies like Hype that offer a good deal when buying in bulk. You might also want to give the wired energy drink line a chance. Go to the companies respective website, or affiliate sites to get the best deal.
