Well what have we here? Did someone finally reinvent the wheel? Is this some sort of freakish energy shot? Well to tell you the truth, the wheel was not reinveneted per se, here as energy drinks and shots have been offered in bulk sizes before. However, the bulk offerings are usually geared towards commercial use (e.g Bars/Taverns - on the gun). the Kymera PowerPak is unique as it is the first energy shot (at least that I have heard of) that is offered, marketed and sold to consumers. What is a Kymera PowerPak you ask? Well, think of Kymera as the Boxed Wine of energy drinks. That's right...boxed wine. You have a box... you have a bag... and you have a spout. Instead of wine, you have energy. 102 servings of energy to be exact. Once opened, you have plenty of time to finish off or share with friends before expiration (180 days to be exact). Wait, back up... 102 servings? That's right..Kymera Powerpak has 102 servings. What does 102 servings cost you? Well it doesn't cost $200. It doesn't even cost $99 (normal price). Alright, before you plunk down $29.99, let me tell you my opinion on the Kymera Powerpak. First off, it states the flavor is "Mythic Melon" right on the box. The power pak included 2 two ounce plastic shot glasses. One serving is one ounce (half a shot glass). So I filled a shot glass half way and took a little sip... I immediately finished it off and was more than pleased with a burst of melon flavor. I mean more than pleased. The following day, I decided to try and add a little Mythic Melon to one of my favorite powdered drinks. Superb! I also tried adding it to plain water... while not as good as mixing it with my favorite powdered drink, it still had a pretty sweet taste. Overall, whether I took it as a shot or as a mixer (non-alcoholic mixer) the taste was great! Taste Rating - 9.2

Alright, so the price is good and the taste is good... but does the power pak even work? Well, as I state numerous times. 102 - one ounce servings is a LOT of energy. So there definitely needs to be responsibility on the buyers part. Each of the 102 servings contains 162.5 milligrams of caffeine. 162.5 milligrams of caffeine is Two 8 ounce Red Bulls, so take heed when pouring. Even a 1/2 ounce will be more than enough for some people. After reviewing over 400 Energy Drinks I feel I have established my tolerance level quite nicely. Even with an established tolerance level I still followed the directions on the box for "Advanced Usage" and consumed one serving (one ounce) followed by another serving two hours later (one ounce), followed by my FINAL serving (one ounce) 2 hours later. All I have to say is WOW. Two servings would have been plenty. Three servings got me 487.5 milligrams of caffeine in a 6 hour time period for less than $1. Kick at the three serving "ADVANCED" level is definitely a 10. I do not recommend more. In fact, most people would do fine with one serving (one ounce). Kick Rating - 10

Well what can I say about Kymera that their slogan does not already cover... I "Got Freaked”. The taste was great, the value is definitely there as is the kick. At 162.5 milligrams of caffeine per serving, the consumer needs to be responsible. So enjoy responsibly... Final Judgment - 9.5
