Best Energy Drinks and Shots

I have reviewed a lot of energy drinks (300 +) on my blog and a lot of people ask me what the best energy drink is. Turns out, answering the question; "What is the Best Energy Drink" is not easy to do. Sure, I do have my personal favorites, but by no means would I classify any of them as the best because that can be somewhat of a personal opinion, especially when taste is involved. You personally have to determine what your favorite drink is. To help you out, here are some questions to ask yourself about what you are looking for in an energy drink. Are you looking for the strongest, best tasting or cheapest energy drink? What size are you looking for... 2 ounce shot or 32 ounce Monster? Or are you looking for a drink that will fill some other void? Below are some questions and categories that people usually associate with the best energy drink. Well I have given each one of those categories some thought and I hope it helps you to pick the best energy drink for yourself!

Best Energy Drink for a Workout
After working 8-10 hours going to the gym can be a drag, especially if you don't have any energy. Here are a couple drinks that I like to use before or during a workout. These are usually less filling, lower carbonation, smaller sized drinks so that I don't feel like I am going to heave during the workout.

Best "Tea Based" Energy Drink
There are a lot of beverages out there that are going after the tea market as well. I have reviewed quite a few of these beverages that are tea flavored yet offer the kick of an energy drink. These are the ones that I have enjoyed the most so far.
